Our Director, John A. Moschella, is a highly motivated individual with a diversified background in the judicial system and law enforcement. Mr. Moschella began his education at St. John's University while performing an internship with the Division of Fire Investigation. In 1978, he was appointed law clerk for the Supreme Court, 2nd Judicial Department. In 1982, as he advanced his education at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, he brought this diverse background to the N.Y.C. Police Department. His assignments throughout his career included the Special Auto Larceny Task Force, Arson Explosion Squad, Community Affairs Division, Aide to the Chief of Police, and Coordinator of confidential investigations for the Office of the Police Commissioner. Known for his excellent integrity and demeanor, Mr. Moschella retired in 1994 as a Detective 2nd Grade from the Police Commissioner's Office. In 1996, he established a nationwide detective agency based in South Florida, providing comprehensive investigative services and conducting nationwide background checks for individuals, corporations, and attorneys. Additionally, Mr. Moschella joined the U.S. Government through a contractual agreement, maintaining a Top Secret / SCI clearance as a Special Investigator. He represented the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Defense, where he was designated a Premier Investigator and trained other investigators. Mr. Moschella has become a trusted source for many.
